LOOSE ITEMS INQUIRY/ORDER:
- For loose items, you can place your order or stock availability inquiry via phone or email as most of our stock are either sold out quickly or used in our on-site decoration.
- Please don’t send money or payment yet until we confirm you the stock availability, price and the total amount + GST and or delivery charge you need to pay.
- You have an option in paying your order in person, direct deposit, money order and cheque.

* Personalised Items:
Please supply us high resolution of the image you prefer for the item to be personalised by providing us original hardcopy of the image for scanning or via email in jpeg format at sales@creativeartsndesign.com.au (may take up to 2 to 3 weeks depending how busy we are)
HOW TO PAY:
For on-site balloon decorations and other products and services not applicable for “Mail Order”
Please pay in person or by direct deposit
We require 50% deposit and or full payment on some other products and services, balance need to be paid in full 1 week before the event.
For Wedding and other On-Site Decoration, payment should be finalized 2 weeks prior on the date of the event.
