Freight & Delivery Costs:
- freight costs starts from $15.00 depending o the size and weight of the item
- any order that would incur excessive freight costs due to weight and or bulk maybe subject for additional charges
- balloon and on-site delivery charge starts from $15.00 depending on the location and site if far from the parking area and or not on a flat surface.
Minimum Orders:
- There are no minimum orders required on some items including loose balloons except for some bonbonnieres which we require minimum qty of 20 pcs.

Other Products & Services
- On-site balloon decorations, website design, event planning, dtp artworks & printing, may need booking for inquiries and no obligations quotations in person. To avoid disappointment, please book your appointment ahead of time so we can schedule your events date once you confirmed.
Personalized Order:
- Personalized gift and other items may take up to 2 to 3 weeks depending on our schedule. So we advise especially for the personalized wedding, birthday or business bonbonnieres, banners, balloon printing & promotional orders to be placed ahead of time prior to the date of the event.
Cancellations:
Cancellations incur 15% from the purchase price of your order after 24 hrs after placement of order.
Returns/Exchange:
We do not accept returns when you change your mind, so please choose carefully. We only accept returns and replaced damaged goods with valid reasons as we see to it that your order reached you in good condition.
Hire/Rental:
- We charge bond from $20.00 for every item and or bulk item you hire, which is refundable after return of the hired items. Bond will be refunded once items are checked.
Any breakages.loss and or dent on the rented items must be paid for and or will be deducted from your bond accordingly.
